Our development team partnered closely with II. Kerület Utánpótlás Futball Club to create a custom platform tailored to the real-life needs of youth football operations. From the first workshop, we focused on building an intuitive and role-specific user experience—crafting separate, optimized interfaces for players, coaches, and administrators. The entire system was designed to reflect the way the club actually functions: invite-only access for added control and security, season-based team structures, and clear role separation across the app. Through the web dashboard, administrators can manage events, squad details, custom player fields, and payment tracking—all from a single place. SimplePay integration was a key element, allowing parents to pay membership fees in-app while ensuring that all transactions remain transparent, traceable, and reportable even retroactively. This guarantees peace of mind for both families and administrators. Throughout the process, we maintained bi-weekly sprints and constant communication with the club, adapting to their evolving needs while delivering a seamless, professional toolset that simplifies everyday operations and strengthens trust across the organization.
