Who answers, and how fast? In the first version a well-set notification is often enough; real-time chat can come later.

Who maintains the translations? If the content changes often, your team needs a simple screen to edit it themselves.

Think through what goes by e-mail, push or SMS. SMS costs per message, and users switch off apps that notify too much.

Notifications

Decide which payment provider you would work with (e.g. Stripe, Barion). Signing a contract with them can take days or weeks, so it is worth starting now.

Online payments

Pick the 3–5 numbers you want to see every Monday. That becomes the first report; the rest can wait.

Reports

List in a simple table which role can see and change what. Left out of the planning, this causes the most rework later.

Who sees what?

You need an Apple developer account (USD 99 a year) and a Google Play account (USD 25 once), in your company name. A company Apple account needs a D-U-N-S number, which can take days or weeks, and a new personal Google Play account must run a 14-day closed test before going live – so start the accounts now.
